On a theme of "Finding Delight in Ice," numerous magical ice sculptures of all sizes will transport you to a mysterious world illuminated with neon lights. The venue features the popular ice sculpture encapsulating a fish, ice mascots of commercial broadcasting stations, photo service, information, and a rest area.

The first sculpture to welcome visitors is the popular ice sculpture with a fish trapped inside, and other large sculptures that announce the start of a fantastic ice show illuminated by neon lights!
A variety of small and large ice sculptures line the streets. The sparkling crystal-like appearance will entice visitors to snap a photo on their smartphone.
A ice sculpture contest, the gateway to becoming a known ice sculptor, will be held. Watch as the artists show off their skills carving out sculptures until they are complete.
An information booth will be set up providing announcements and guidance concerning the venue and sightseeing. This area is a great place to gather, with photo services and ice mascots from various commercial broadcasting stations that are popular among children.
